Paul is an Asian Canadian CPGA golf professional, has lots of ambition in the golf industry, grew up in Vancouver learning and playing golf most of his life, then moved Toronto at 22. At Richmond Hill Golf Club, under the guidance of Shawn Clement and exceptional golf player colleagues, he has excelled in his own niche and continues to mentor and teach adults and kids. He specializes in making creative and fun games for kids, while making it motivational and challenging for adults to produce optimal results.


Donna is a member of Gilmour Golf’s Advisory Staff, and an instructor at Richmond Hill Golf Club in Toronto, Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Professional Golf Association, and certified as an instructor of both beginner, and intermediate golfers. She has earned CPGA certification in Club Fitting, Turf Management, Golf Course Operations, Tournament and Event Planning, Retail Management and Food & Beverage Operations.

Donna combines enthusiasm and communicative skills to help her students of all skill levels reach their golf related goals. Her “keep it simple” approach allows students to improve at their own pace, acquire new skills, and increase their level of confidence, and enjoyment of the game!

Donna is passionate about the growth of the game for women of all ages. She leads a CN Future Links Junior Girls’ Club program, and was the host professional of the Subaru sponsored “Golf for the Cure” National Charity event played at Richmond Hill Golf Club in 2015!



Company Founder – Golfer for 50+ years, Operations Manager at a very busy, successful Golf Club in the GTA for the past 15 years, married with three boys.
